Just off Exit 65 of Interstate 65 in Kentucky, you’ll find Munfordville – a small town right in the middle of the state. Munfordville is an easy off and an easy on – you won’t find multiple lanes of traffic, just small town folks living our regular lives. So join us! We have become the perfect place to stop for a meal!
We offer several fast food choices, as well as some great sit down options. And if you’re ready to really stretch your legs – we suggest grabbing some food to go and enjoying one of our great outdoor spots for a picnic! You can find all of our dining options here and here’s the google maps of where they can all be found!
The Brew House
Poor Key's BBQ
If you’ve decided a picnic is the right option for your stop, we suggest:
Kentucky Stonehenge – bring a blanket or pull out your traveling chairs
The beautiful Hart County Courthouse lawn – a gazebo is usually free and there are loads of park benches in the shade also.
The Green River Park and Arboretum – locals refer to it as Stovall Park (named after a Ky. Lt. Governor who grew up here) – but whatever you call it, there are several picnic tables, plus a disc golf course and walking track alongside the river.
